Sexy Workout Challenge #1

Workout:

a) Jump rope 1 minute
b) Bicycle Crunches 30 in total
c) Plank 30s

Perform each exercises once before moving on to the next. There is no rest in between. Repeat 3-4x

After you have completed the circuit do 30-45 minutes of cardio on a machine of your choice.
