Healthy pancake Tuesday

Step 1. 1 scoop rivalus protein mixed with 1 cup oatmeal and 2 egg whites
Step 2. Blend together with magic bullet
Step 3. Use a non stick pan and place contents in the pan
Step 4. Add blueberries or other berries as you wish
Step 5. Cook until golden brown on both sides
Step 6. Sweeten with agave etc if needed for syrup or pure fruits
