Recipe: Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Ball

Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Ball

These are definitely one of my favorite snacks!

Super easy and quick to make!


INGREDIENTS

2 scoops of Rivalus chocolate promasil protein powder
2 Table spoons of honey
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup of oats

Mix protein into a large bowl, add honey and peanut butter, mix until smooth then add in the oats. Roll with hands into small sized balls and place on a plate. Refrigerate to harden if you desire or you can eat them immediately!

  1. Fat does not make you fat. Lack of proper nutrition and exercise do not. Stay away from saturated fats, reduce saturated fat, get healthy fats with every meal. Some great sources of natural peanut butter, eggs, fish, olive oil and avocados.peanut
