Leg raise on bosu

This simple move can be done with or without a bosu. The bosu creates some instability and forces you to engage your core muscles more, while using your intrinsic muscles to keep you balanced. Contract your opposing quadricep and lift using your hamstring and your gluet. Try 3 sets of 15 each leg and you will be well on your way to a tight touche!
