Core on the Bosu



This simple exercise works your core as well as your glutes. Simply get into a push up position on the bosu, keep belly button drawn into the spine and bring right knee into the bosu carefully keeping your core activated, then return to start position.

Beginners bring foot back to rest.

Advanced keep foot elevated.

3x15 each leg
