You should care about your health

FYI: You should care about your HEALTH!
Just because you are skinny does not mean that you are healthy on the inside!
SOLUTION: Eat small clean meals 5-6x a day and drink lots of H20!

SKINNY FAT: Skinny to appearance but soft and untoned. 
SOLUTION: Cardio 5-6x a week and Strength Training 3x a week.
