Exercise of the day: UFC's

Instructions: Stand in a squat position. Keep your back straight and your abs engaged (think about pulling your belly button into your spine.) Now drop your left leg down to the mat, followed by your right until you are kneeling with both legs. Next, return your left leg to its starting position and repeat the action on your right leg, always returning to the squat position.

Add in a medicine ball, or a bar to challenge yourself more.
