Lost some weight and now fighting to keep it off?

Its been a little over a month since making those New Years resolutions for a healthy diet and a strict fitness regime. Healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs per week. So that means you have lost about 6-12lbs. How do you keep it off? A recent study by the New England Journal of Medicine suggests that you eat a protein and complex carbohydrate at every meal. Complex carbs include whole grains, vegetables and fruits. The study foind that the complex carbs when consumed with a protein slows down the absorption of nutrients, which prevents hunger and keeps you from overeating.
