1 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
1 1/2 scoop of vanilla or chocolate promasil (your choice)
1/3 cup of sucanat
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 of vanilla extract or vanilla substitute
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl, beat eggg. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Make small balls with a spoon or use your hands and place on a greased or non stick baking pan.
4. Bake for 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned.
5. Cool and serve!
