10,000 hours

Have you read The Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell? If not I highly suggest you should. All 3 of his books are amazing. However, In Malcolm Gladwells book The Outliers he speaks about how in order for one to become a master/professional that you should have 10, 000 hours of practice. This is the avg amount of practice time that elite athletes have before they reach their peak, not even just athletes but people like Bill Gates...due to fortunate circumstances he was able to accumulate 10, 000 of practice time on an old computer terminal before becoming the founder of Microsoft.

Those of you who are wanting to achieve instant results, become a fitness pro or even just wanting to better your fitness remember the 10, 000 principal. Don't look for instant results and remember that practice makes perfect. Keep at it and you will get to where you want to be.
