I know some of you think that you can't run and the thought of it scares you. However, anyone can do it. Start out running a few minutes and then walking a few minutes, over time gradually increase it over time. Now long distance running can get boring try and run with a partner. It makes it more fun and you have someone there to push you. Don't forget to stretch afterwards.
Recently Katie Price aka Jordan the British glamour model has been training to run the London Marathon in LA. Trust me if this girl can train so can you. :)
